“Growing up with a father who was an ophthalmologist and a mother who was an ophthalmic surgical nurse, I witnessed the genuine gratitude of patients whose lives were improved after cataract surgery. Those experiences, combined with my fascination for advanced technology, surgical precision, and fine hand-eye coordination, naturally drew me to the field. As cataract surgery continues to evolve, the level of accuracy and visual outcomes we can now achieve is both remarkable and deeply rewarding.”
